At Cut Raw Performance, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. During times of high demand or increased order volume, shipping times may vary.

You will always receive email updates with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on packages that have been opened.

If your package is unopened and you wish to return it, please contact us at CutRawPerformance@gmail.com to begin the refund process. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your order.

Please note:

• Returns are only accepted for unopened packages.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and verified as unopened.
