Refund Policy – Cut Raw Performance



At Cut Raw Performance, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Refunds After Shipping


  • All sales are final once your order has been shipped.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction after shipment.

 

2. Cancellations Before Shipping


  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at CutRawPerformance@gmail.com
  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled and refunded in full.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items


  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photo or video evidence of the damage/defect, and we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items


  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, recovery and performance gear (e.g., foam rollers, resistance bands, cupping sets, ice packs) cannot be returned once opened/used, unless defective.
